大剂量维生素C联合地塞米松治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口咽溃疡的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effects of high-doses of vitamin C combination with dexam-ethasone in the treatment of oropharyngeal ulcers after radiotherapy.Methods Oropharyngeal ulcer patients(n =62) of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy were randomly divided into the control group(n =31) and the treat-ment group(high-dose vitamin C +dexamethasone)(n =31).The control group was treated with conventional medi-cation.The treatment group was treated with vitamin C 3 000 mg by intravenous injection(10 mg/d) +dexamethasone 10 mg in 0.9%Nacl 250 ml by intravenous drip on the basis of the same treatment in the control group, 1 time per day, 7 days for a period of treatment.Results The effective rate was 96.77% and 61.29% in the treatment group and the control group respectively.There was significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion Highdose of vitamin C combination with dexamethasone is effective in the treatment of oropha-ryngeal ulceration after radiotherapy.%目的：观察大剂量维生素C（ VitC）联合地塞米松治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口咽溃疡的临床效果。方法将鼻咽癌放疗后口咽溃疡患者62例按随机数字表法分为对照组（31例）和观察组（31例）。对照组采用常规治疗；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用维生素 C 3000 mg／d 静脉推注＋地塞米松10 mg 溶于0.9％NaCl 250 ml 静脉滴注，1次／d，7 d 为一个疗程。结果观察组与对照组总有效率分别为96.77％和61.29％，观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论大剂量维生素 C 联合地塞米松治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口咽溃疡疗效显著。
