Objective To investigate the nursing and therapeutic effect of HBO on patients with severe head injury combined with multiple traumas,so as to ensure the completion of smooth and continuous treatment of HBO therapy.Methods The observation and nursing of 96 inpatients with severe head injury combined with multiple traumas treated with HBO in our department was summarized.Results Of the 96 cases treated with HBO,36 cases were cured,accounting for 37.5％ ; 46 were improved,accounting for 47.9％ ; 14 failed to respond to treatment,accounting for 14.6％.Conclusions For patients with severe head injury combined with multiple traumas treated with HBO,complications could be considerably reduced and therapeutic effects be obviously improved,through comprehensive evaluations before therapy,close observation and careful nursing in the course of treatment.%目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤患者行高压氧治疗的护理方法及疗效,保证患者顺利并连续地完成高压氧治疗.方法 对我科住院的96例重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤患者行高压氧治疗期间的观察和护理方法进行总结.结果 96例患者通过高压氧治疗,治愈36例,占37.5％;好转46例,占47.9％;无效14例,占14.6％.结论 重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤患者行高压氧治疗,通过治疗前的全面评估,治疗中密切观察病情和给予有效的护理,可以减少并发症,提高其疗效.
