脑复康对模拟65m氦氧饱和潜水人员生理功能的影响

摘要

目的 探讨口服脑复康对模拟65 m氦氧饱和潜水人员生理功能的影响.方法 采用随机对照双盲试验,7名健康男性潜水员分为2组,实验组(3人)在进舱前3d开始口服中等剂量脑复康(2.4 g/d),直到出舱后1周;对照组(4人)给予同等形状的赋形剂,剂量及口服时间相同.观察2组在模拟65 m氦氧饱和潜水暴露过程中呼吸、脉搏、血压、尿量、血清肝肾功能等指标的变化.结果2组人员每日呼吸、脉搏、尿量没有明显变化;与加压前相比,对照组在加压和逗留期舒张压增高(P<0.05),而实验组在上述时间点低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组在减压末期收缩压明显低于对照组(P<0.01),也低于加压前(P<0.05);实验组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)浓度在出舱后高于进舱前,而对照组在出舱后低于进舱前,但差异无统计学意义.结论口服脑复康不会给模拟65 m氦氧饱和潜水人员带来显著不利影响.%Objective To investigate the effects of piracetam per os on the physiological functions of divers during the simulated 65 m heliox saturation dive.Methods A double-blind experiment was conducted by 7 healthy male divers,who were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group (n =3) and the control group (n =4).The subjects in the experimental group began to take piracetam (2.4 g/d) 3 days before entrance into the chamber until one week after they came out of the chamber.The 4 subjects in the control group received excipient at the same time and at the same dose.Changes in respiratory frequency,pulse,blood pressure,24-h urine output and hepatic and renal functions of the divers were observed closely.Results No obvious changes could be noted in respiratory frequency,pulse and 24-h urine output in the two groups.As compared with that before pressure exposure,the diastolic pressure of the divers in the control group increased (P < 0.05),while the diastolic pressure of the divers in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at the same time points (P < 0.05).The systolic pressure of the divers in the experimental group at the end of decompression was obviously lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The concentrations of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in the divers of the experimental group after exposure were higher than those before exposure,while the levels of ALT and AST in the control group following exposure were lower than those before exposure,but without statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusions Piracetam per os at high pressure seemed to have little adverse effect on divers during the 65m heliox saturation dive.
