糖尿病心肌病内皮细胞代谢研究进展

摘要

糖尿病心肌病是指发生于糖尿病患者,但不能用高血压性心脏病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心脏瓣膜病或其他心脏病变来解释的特异性心肌病.在此疾病发生发展过程中,除了心肌细胞发生一系列代谢变化,同样作为心脏重要组成部分的内皮细胞也发生代谢紊乱,由此带来的心血管功能障碍是糖尿病心肌病的病理生理基础.本文就糖尿病心肌病内皮细胞代谢变化的相关研究进展进行综述.%Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a disorder of the heart muscle in people with diabetes,and a specific cardiomyopathy that cannot be attributed to hypertensive heart disease,coronary atherosclerosis disease,heart valve disease or other heart diseases.In the occurrence and development of this disease,besides a series of metabolic changes in myocardial cells,endothelial cells,as an important part of heart,have metabolic disorders at the same time,which results in cardiovascular dysfunction as the pathophysiological foundation of diabetic cardiomyopathy.In this paper,we reviewed the researches on endothelial cell metabolism in diabetic cardiomyopathy.
