消化科护理人员岗位胜任能力评价指标体系的构建

摘要

目的:构建一套科学、全面的消化科护理人员岗位胜任能力指标体系。方法于2015年2—12月,通过查阅文献资料法、半结构式访谈法以及德尔菲( Delphi)专家函询法建立消化科护理人员岗位胜任能力体系,应用AHP层次分析法确定一级、二级指标权重,专家赋值评价分配法确定三级指标的权重。结果第1轮发放函询问卷25份,第2轮发放函询问卷25份,两轮问卷回收率和有效率均为100%。函询专家的权威系数(Cr)、各指标协调系数(W)显著性检验均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消化科护理人员岗位胜任能力体系包含一级指标4项,即专业知识、专业能力、专业技术和综合素质,二级指标10项、三级指标40项。结论消化科护理人员岗位胜任能力体系中各级指标项目专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高。%Objective To construct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system of position competence in nurses of digestive system department. Methods From February to December 2015, a review of literature data, semi-structured interviews and the Delphi expert inquiry method were used to establish nurses′position competence system in digestive system department; analytical hierarchy process ( AHP ) was used to determine the index weight of grade I and II, and expert assignment distribution method was used to determine the index weight of grade III. Results There were 25 questionnaires in first round of issue inquire, and 25 questionnaires in second round. The recovery rate and effective rate were all 100%. The authority coefficient ( Cr) of experts and the index coordinate coefficient ( W) significant test were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Grade I of the position competence system of nurses in digestive system department comprised four indicators, namely professional knowledge, professional ability, expertise and comprehensive quality;grade II comprised 10 indicators;and grade III comprised 40 indicators. Conclusions Experts′advice at all levels of nurses′position competence index system is focused, and the reliability of research results is high.
