护士情绪智力与组织公民行为的相关性研究

摘要

目的:调查临床护士情绪智力与护士组织公民行为的水平,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用情绪智力量表( WLEIS)和护士组织公民行为量表通过微信发放问卷并进行填写,对206名临床护士进行调查。结果护士情绪智力得分为(56.68±9.13)分,护士组织公民行为得分为(95.61±14.70)分;相关分析显示,情绪智力与护士组织公民行为呈正相关(r=0.575,P<0.01)。不同职位护士的组织公民行为得分比较,差异有统计学意义( t=11.832,P<0.01)。分层回归分析结果显示职位、情绪调节、情绪运用、识别他人情绪是影响护士组织公民行为的相关因素。结论临床护士情绪智力越高,护士组织公民行为表现越突出,护理管理者应采取措施培养护士情绪智力,从而提高护士组织公民行为。%Objective To investigate the level of nurses′ emotional intelligence and nurses′organizational citizenship behavior, and analyze the relationship between them.Methods A total of 206 nurses received survey by using Wong and Law emotional intelligence scale ( WLEIS ) and nurses′ organizational citizenship behavior scale.Results The score of nurses′emotional intelligence was (56.68±9.13), and that of nurses′organizational citizenship behavior was (95.61±14.70). Correlation analysis showed that the emotional intelligence was positively correlated with nurses′ organizational citizenship behavior ( r=0. 575, P<0. 01 );differences in the scores of organizational citizenship behavior of nurses with different position were statistically significant ( t=11. 832,P<0.01) . The results of hierarchical regression analysis showed that position, emotional regulation, emotional use and recognition of others′ emotions were the influencing factors of nurses′organizational citizenship behavior.Conclusions The higher of the emotional intelligence of clinical nurses, the more outstanding of nurses′ organizational citizenship behavior. nursing managers should take measures to cultivate nurses emotional intelligence, so as to improve the nurses′organizational citizenship behavior.
