减轻苄星青霉素肌肉注射疼痛的护理干预研究进展

摘要

苄星青霉素是一种长效青霉素，肌注后贮存于局部缓慢游离出青霉素而发挥抗菌作用。由于苄星青霉素针剂颗粒大，在水中极微溶且必须快速注射，以免针头堵塞，故肌注时患者疼痛非常明显。本文就肌肉注射苄星青霉素产生疼痛的原因及护理干预方法进行综述，为临床护理操作的改进提高参考，以减轻患者痛苦。%Benzathine penicillin is a kind of long-acting penicillin. After intramuscular benzathine penicillin, the penicillin is stored in local part and dissociated slowly and play a role of antibacterial. Because the particles of benzathine penicillin injection is large and sparingly soluble, so the injection should be performed rapidly in case of blocking, that is why patients feel obvious pain in injection. This thesis would summarize the cause and intervention methods of pain in intramuscular benzathine penicillin, and provide references for the improvement of clinical nursing, in order to release the pain of patients.
