目的：探讨小切口椎板间开窗髓核切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法92例腰椎间盘突出症患者，随机分成对照组和观察组，每组46例。对照组患者采用椎板切除术治疗，观察组采用小切口椎板间开窗髓核切除术治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果经治疗后，观察组患者的治疗总有效率(93.48%)明显高于对照组(84.78%)，两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用小切口椎板间开窗髓核切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症，疗效显著，安全可靠，值得临床推广。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of small incision fenestration laminectomy discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 92 lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received laminectomy, and the observation group received small incision fenestration laminectomy discectomy. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group (93.48%) was obviously higher than the control group (84.78%). There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of small incision fenestration laminectomy discectomy is effective and safe in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
