经尿道电切术联合羟基喜树碱延长膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate clinical effect by transurethral resection combined with hydroxycamptothecine extended irrigation of bladder in the treatment of superficial bladder cancer.Methods A total of 68 patients with superficial bladder cancer all received transurethral resection for treatment. They received regular postoperative irrigation of bladder by normal saline and hydroxycamptothecine. Curative effects and postoperative recurrence were observed.Results All cases received successful operation. 24-month follow-up showed 7 recurrent cases, accounting for 10.29%, 12 cases with bladder irritation symptoms, accounting for 17.65%, and 2 cases with myelosuppression, accounting for 2.94%.Conclusion Combination of transurethral resection and hydroxycamptothecine extended irrigation of bladder provides satisfactory effect in treating superficial bladder cancer. This method can reduce postoperative recurrence rate, and it is suitable for clinical treatment of superficial bladder cancer.%目的：探讨经尿道电切术联合羟基喜树碱延长膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌的临床疗效。方法68例浅表性膀胱癌患者，均行尿道电切术治疗，于术后定期应用生理盐水、羟基喜树碱行膀胱内灌注治疗，观察其治疗效果和术后复发情况。结果术中所有入选病例均顺利完成手术，随访24个月有7例复发，占10.29%。出现膀胱刺激症12例，占17.65%，骨髓抑制2例，占2.94%。结论经尿道电切术联合羟基喜树碱延长膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌疗效令人满意，可有效降低术后复发率，适用于浅表性膀胱癌的临床治疗。
