德莫林在老年腹部手术后腹泻病人皮肤保护中的疗效观察

摘要

目的:探讨德莫林在老年腹部手术后腹泻病人肛周皮肤保护中的疗效观察.方法:选取60例老年腹部手术后腹泻致肛周皮肤疼痛、红肿、表皮破溃的病人,随机分为两组,两组均在发生排便后立即清洗肛周皮肤,观察组应用德莫林喷剂均匀喷于肛周皮肤表面,使之迅速形成一层保护膜.对照组应用鞣酸软膏涂抹于肛周皮肤.结果:观察组皮肤有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为76.6%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:德莫林用于腹部手术腹泻导致病人肛周刺激性皮炎,能促进刺激性皮炎创面愈合,其疗效优于涂抹鞣酸软膏.%Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of demolin for the diarrhea patients after the abdominal operations on the crissum skins protecion.Methods:60 cases suffered from the skin painning, flare and broken by diarrhea are assigned to 2 groups randomly.Both of the group are washed crissum skins immediately after defaecation. The demolin is consperged to the experimental group patients crissum skins to form aprotective membrane quickly.While the control group patients is painted rousuan ointment.Results:The demolin effective power of the experimental group is 93.3％,the contro; group is 76.6％.the experimental group demiolin cure rate for skin crissium irritant dermatitis is significantly better than the control group. Conclusion:the demolin can promote the diarrhea patients crissium skins raw surface healing. The therapectic effect os better than the rousuan ointment.
