全科护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的应用效果探讨

摘要

目的：探讨全科护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者的应用效果。方法：104例老年COPD患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各52例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予全科护理的，比较护理后两组患者的临床疗效以及满意度情况；护理前后稳定期血气分析、肺功能。结果：观察组患者的总有效率、护理工作的满意度高于对照组（P＜0.01）；对照组和观察组患者的稳定期血气分析及肺功能均有改善（P＜0.05），观察组患者改善效果比对照组患者明显（P＜0.01）。结论：对老年COPD患者施行全科护理可以提高其临床疗效及护理满意度，有效改善其稳定期血气分析及肺功能。%Objective: To explore the nursing of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with application effect.Methods:104 cases of elderly COPD patients were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group, 52 cases, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group given general nursing and compared nursing after two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and satisfaction; nursing before and after the stable blood gas analysis, pulmonary function. Results: In the observation group, the total efficiency, nursing job satisfaction higher than control group (P<0.01); the control group and the observation group with stable blood gas analysis and lung function were improved(P<0.05), observed group were better than in the control group were significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion:The general nursing care of elderly patients with COPD can improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction, and effectively improve the stability of the blood gas analysis and lung function.
