智能运动控制训练结合综合康复对脑卒中患者平衡及下肢功能的影响

         

摘要

Objective: To explore the intelligent motion control in combination with the comprehensive rehabilitation training on balance and lower limb function in patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods:Selecting 52 patients with cerebral apoplexy patients,randomly divided into observation group and control group,giving observation group intelligent motion control training combined with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,give control group routine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment Sheikh rating scale score and lower limbs and trunk muscle endurance test results.Results:Two groups of patients after treatment of Sheikh score compared,the results (P<0.05) was statistically significant;After treatment,the observation group of lower extremities and trunk muscular endurance is superior to control group,data comparison results (P<0.05) was statistically significant.Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation in combination with intelligent motion control training can effectively improve balance and lower limb function in patients with cerebral apoplexy,and improve the quality of life of patients.%目的:探究智能运动控制训练结合综合康复对脑卒中患者平衡及下肢功能的影响。方法:选取我院脑卒中患者52例,随机分成观察组与对照组,给予观察组智能运动控制训练结合综合康复治疗,给予对照组常规的综合康复治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后Sheikh评定量表评分及患者下肢和躯干肌肉耐力的测试结果。结果:两组患者治疗后的Sheikh得分对比,结果(P<0.05)有统计学意义;治疗后,观察组下肢和躯干肌肉耐力明显优于对照组,数据对比结果(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论:智能运动控制训练结合综合康复能有效改善脑卒中患者的平衡及下肢功能,提升患者的生活质量。
