甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合CO2激光治疗多发性跖疣的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Mannatide Capsules with CO2 laser in treatment of multiple plantar warts.Methods:180 patients were randomly divided into control group (CO2 laser group),treatment group (CO2 + Mannatide Capsules group),the efficacy and recurrence of the 2 groups were observed.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,P ＜ 0.05.2 groups of patients were followed up for six months,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P ＜ 0.05.2 groups of patients with no systemic adverse reactions.Conclusion:The Mannatide Capsules CO2 laser in the treatment of clinical effect of multiple verruca plantaris is clear,can reduce the recurrence rate,safe and effective.%目的:观察甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合CO2激光治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效和安全性.方法:将180例患者随机分为对照组(CO2激光组)、治疗组(CO2激光+甘露聚糖肽胶囊组),观察两组的疗效和复发情况.结果:治疗组有效率明显优于对照组,P＜0.05.两组痊愈患者随访半年,治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组,P＜0.05.两组患者均未见全身不良反应.结论:甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合CO2激光治疗多发性跖疣临床效果明确,能降低跖疣的复发率,安全有效.
