-对硝基苯氧甲基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑与芳醛在酸催化下发生分子内的Mannich反应,合成了9种新的稠杂环化合物。通过元素分析、IR、1H-NMR和MS确证了结构,并对其机制进行了探讨。生物活性实验结果表明:部分化合物具有较强的抗菌作用。%Nine new fused heterocyclic compounds were synthesized by the Mannich reaction of 3-p-nitrophenoxymethyl-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of acid.The reaction conditions for the synthesis were investigated.The reaction mechanism was suggested.The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis,IR,1H-NMR and MS.All of the compounds were screened for their biological activities.The results showed that some compounds(6b,6c,6d,6e)possessed strong antibacterial activities.
