合成了苯甲酸氧钒(1)、丙二酸氧钒钠(2)、阿司匹林氧钒(3)、3,5-二异丙基水杨酸氧钒(4)、酒石酸氧钒(5)和乙酰丙酮氧钒(6) 6个新型的有机羧酸氧钒配合物,其中3个未见文献报道。运用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、质谱和核磁共振氢谱对所合成配合物的结构进行了初步确证。在实验性动物模型上研究了这些配合物的初步毒性和降血糖作用。结果表明:酒石酸氧钒和乙酰丙酮氧钒具有活性高、安全性好的优点,显示出潜在的应用前景。%Six organically carboxylate oxovanadium coordination compounds were synthesized and their chemical structures were determined by elemental analysis,IR,UV,MS,1H-NMR.These compounds were submitted for the test of preliminary toxicity and anti-diabetic activity in mice.The results showed that VO(tart)2 and VO(acac)2 were safe and could significantly lower the glucose level in the blood of mice,exhibiting greater anti-diabetic activity than VOSO4 and NH4VO3.
