中山市人民医院自1999年开始招收博士后,建立了一套符合自身实际情况的比较完备的博十后管理制度和灵活的运行机制,取得了一定的博士后培养经验.本文拟从博士后管理的角度谈谈如何提高博上后培养质量.%In 1999,Zhongshan City Peoples Hospital started to recruited post-doctoral.And a set of management system and a flexible operational mechanism were established which suited to the actual situation of our hospital.During the period of practice we made some post-doctoral training experiences and put forward some suggestions of improvement of the quality of post-doctoral training from the management point of view in this paper.
