科学发展观的内涵是"以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的发展".管理的生命力在于创新,医科大学的管理创新要坚持树立科学的发展观.首都医科大学在创建新型大学的过程中,在科研管理上贯彻科学发展观的思想,坚持以人为本,通过卓有成效的管理活动激发教师从事科研的主动性和创造性,协调并妥善处理各方面的关系,整合科研队伍,优化资源配置,大力推进科技创新活动,科研工作有了持续发展的动力,学校在科学技术方面取得了前所未有的成绩.%The connotation of the concept of scientific development is"people-oriented,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development."The vitality of the management lies in innovation,and medical research management innovation requires to insist establishment of the scientific concept of develop ment.During creating the new Capital Medical University the management of scientific research implemented the scientific concept of development and insisted people-oriented.The teacher initiative of engagement in scientific research and creativity were stimulated by the effective management.By a series of measures such as coordination and properly dealing with all aspects of the relationship between the integration of scientific research team,optimizing the allocation of resources,and vigorously promoting the activities of scientific and technological innovation,the scientific research and technology acquired the sustainable development and has made unprecedented achievements.
