血脂异常是动脉粥样硬化性心脑血管疾病最重要的致病因素之一.血脂、脂代谢相关指标的检测对异常脂蛋白血症的诊断、治疗及心血管疾病的危险评估和防治具有重要意义.近年来,随着技术的进步和研究的深入,人们对脂蛋白的关注已从脂蛋白的“量”变逐渐引申到其“质”变,以及引起这些变化的一些脂代谢相关蛋白,易感基因、DNA的甲基化和微小RNA以及脂质组学的关注,相关研究已成为当前该领域研究的热点.%Dyslipidemia is one of the most important pathogenic factors of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.Detection of lipid and lipid metabolism related indicators is important in diagnosis and treatment for dyslipidemia,as well as risk assessment and prevention of cardiovascular disease.In recent years,with advances in technology and research,focuses on lipoproteins gradually extended from "quantity" changes to " qualitative" changes.The emphasis also turns to some lipid metabolism related proteins,susceptibility genes,DNA methylation,miRNA and lipidomics.Relevant researches have become a hot topic in this field.
