主动脉壁间血肿、穿透性粥样硬化性主动脉溃疡和主动脉夹层:影像学表现和发病机制进展

摘要

Aortic intramural hematoma (AIH), penetrating atherosclerotic aortic ulcer (PAU) and aortic dissection (AD) share nearly identical predisposing risks and clinical manifestations, and are difficult to differentiate. However,AIH, PAU and AD have different imaging findings and pathogenetic mechanisms. Progress of imaging manifestations and pathogenetic mechanisms of AIH, PAU and AD were reviewed in this article.%主动脉壁间血肿(AIH)、穿透性粥样硬化性主动脉溃疡(PAU)和主动脉夹层(AD)有相似的易患因素和临床表现,临床有时不易鉴别,但三者影像学表现和发病机制不同.本文对AIH、PAU和AD的影像学表现和发病机制进展进行综述.
