目的 通过桑仙降压颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心肌微血管密度(MVD)和内皮抑素(ES)的干预,探讨其对微血管数目及血管新生抑制因子的作用及机制.方法 SHR随机分为3组,蒸馏水空白对照组、吲哒帕胺西药对照组、桑仙降压颗粒组,以Wister大鼠为正常对照,4周及8周后观察SHR心肌MVD及ES蛋白的表达.结果 相较空白对照组,4周及8周后桑仙降压颗粒组CD34表达均明显增多且心肌ES蛋白光密度值明显降低.结论 桑仙降压颗粒能有效减轻SHR大鼠微血管损害,其机制之一可能与降低ES蛋白密度表达有关.%Objective To observe the effect of Sangxian Jiangya granule (SJG) on myocardial microvessel density (MVD) and endostatin (ES) protein optical density in spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods SHR were randomly divided into 3 groups: Control group gavaged by distilled water, control group of Western medicine gavaged by indapamide,and SJG group. Wistar rats as normal control group. Myocardial MVD and ES protein expression of SHR were studied by optical density after 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Results Compared with the blank control group, MVD expression in SJG group was significantly increased after 4 weeks and 8 weeks,but myocardial ES optical density value was decreased. Conclusion SJG can reduce the SHR rat microvascular damage. One of its mechanisms may be related to the decrease of ES protein expression.
