益气活血方治疗冠心病PCI术后再发心绞痛疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect on Yiqi Huoxue decoction(YHD)in the treatment of recurrent angina with coronary heart disease (CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods Seventy six patients with recurrent angina after PCI were randomly divided into two groups:Control group (n=38)treated with routine western medicine treatment,and treatment group (n=38)treated with routine western medicine treatment plus YHD for 14 days.Results The frequency and time of angina were better than before treatment in both groups (P<0.01),and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)syndromes and du-ration of angina in the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion YHD could shorten duration of recurrent angina in patients after PCI,improve the clinical symptoms,and had good safety.%目的：观察益气活血方治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后再发心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法将76例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，各38例，两组均给予规范的西药治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用益气活血方口服，疗程14 d。结果治疗后两组心绞痛发作次数和持续时间明显优于治疗前(P<0.01)，心电图改善情况无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗组心绞痛持续时间及中医证候疗效与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗基础上加用益气活血方能缩短冠心病 PCI术后患者再发心绞痛持续时间，改善临床症状，且有较好的安全性。
