Objective To investigate the effect of Bailemian capsule (BLMC) and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in treatment of Parkinson's disease patients with insomnia.Methods Sixty-two Parkinson's disease patients with insomnia were collected and randomly divided into two groups:control group (n =31) treated with placebo plus rTMS,and treatment group (n =31) treated with BLMC plus rTMS for 14 days.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and polysomnography (PSG) related indicators,Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,PSQI decreased in treatment group,and sleep latency,and awakening time of multi-channel PSG were shortened,the number of awakenings decreased(P <0.05 or P <0.01).There was no significant difference in UPDRS scores the between two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion BLMC and rTMS can improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients with Parkinson's disease,effectively shorten the sleep latency time,reduce the number of awakening and awakening time.%目的 探讨百乐眠胶囊联合重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗帕金森病失眠病人的临床疗效.方法 收集确诊帕金森病失眠病人62例,采用完全随机对照原则分为治疗组、对照组,每组31例.治疗组给予百乐眠胶囊+ rTMS治疗;对照组给予安慰剂+rTMS治疗.百乐眠胶囊每次4粒,每天3次,连续10 d;rTMS每天1次,每次20 min,连续14d.观察两组治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、多导睡眠监测(PSG)相关指标、统一帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)评分变化.结果 治疗组治疗后PSQI降低,且多导睡眠监测病人睡眠潜伏期、觉醒次数以及觉醒时间均缩短,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05或P<0.01);两组治疗前后UPDRS评分无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 百乐眠胶囊联合重复经颅磁刺激可改善帕金森病失眠病人的睡眠质量,有效缩短睡眠潜伏期时间,减少觉醒次数及觉醒时间.
