三叶片对实验性高脂小鼠血清载脂蛋白A5的影响

     

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of Sanye tablets (SYT) on serum apolipoprotein A5 (ApoA5) in mice with hyperlipidemia.Methods The hyperlipidemia mice model were established by high fat diet.After giving SYT,enofibrate and Xuezhikang for 30 days,the serum ApoA5 level was detected by ELISA method.Results There was differences in the content of ApoA5 between model group and the normal control group,Xuezhikang group,fenofibrate group,SYT low dose group (P <0.05 or P <0.01).There was no difference in the content of ApoA5 between fenofibrate group and Xuezhikang group,SYT high dose group,SYT low dose group (P >0.05).There was no difference in the content of ApoA5 between SYT high dose group and SYT low dose group (P > 0.05).Conclusion SYT has lipid lowering effect,which is likely to be affected by ApoA5.The lipid lowering effect of SYT is not dose dependent.%目的 通过双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法,观察三叶片(又名三叶糖脂清)对实验性高脂小鼠血清载脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)的影响.方法 采用高脂饲料喂养建立高脂小鼠模型,用三叶片、非诺贝特、血脂康连续灌药30d后,取血、分离血清,通过ELISA方法检测血清ApoA5含量.结果 与模型组比较,正常对照组、血脂康组、非诺贝特组、三叶片低剂量组(0.864 g/kg)ApoA5含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);非诺贝特组与血脂康组、三叶片高剂量组、三叶片低剂量组ApoA5比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三叶片高、低剂量组之间ApoA5比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 三叶片降脂作用很有可能是通过影响ApoA5而实现的;三叶片的降脂作用不呈剂量依赖性.
