降脂汤对痰浊血瘀证高脂血症病人血脂的影响

摘要

目的 观察降脂汤治疗痰浊血瘀证高脂血症病人的临床效果及对血脂水平的影响.方法 选择2014年3月-2015年6月接受治疗的痰浊血瘀证高脂血症病人80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予降脂汤治疗.观察两组病人临床效果,比较两组病人治疗前后临床症状积分和血脂水平.结果 观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组病人治疗前临床症状积分差异无统计学意义(t=-0.057,P=0.477);治疗后两组病人临床症状积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05).两组病人治疗前总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等血脂水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组病人HDL-C均较治疗前升高,TC、LDL-C和TG水平较治疗前降低,且观察组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 降脂汤对痰浊血瘀证合并高脂血症病人有较好的治疗效果,可明显降低病人血脂水平.%Objective To observe the effect of Jiangzhi decoction (JZD) on blood lipid in patients with hyperlipidemia and phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Eighty patients with hyperlipidemia and phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n= 40) treated with routine treatment,and treatment group (n= 40) treated with routine treatment plus JZD.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms score and blood lipid levels were observed.Results The effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the clinical symptoms scores decreased in two groups,which was lower in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides decreased in two groups,which was lower in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased in two groups,which was higher in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion JZD can lower blood lipid levels in patients with hyperlipidemia and phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome.
