烟台开发区农民代谢综合征患病率及影响因素分析

摘要

目的：调查烟台开发区城镇化农民饮食、生活习惯、代谢综合征患病率及危险因素。方法：对该地区693名居民进行饮食、生活习惯、健康指标统计，计算代谢综合征及相关指标患病率及代谢综合征危险因素。结果：代谢综合征患病率19.21%，其中高血压患病率30.48%，高血糖患病率14.80%，高三酰甘油血症患病率28.35%，多因素logistic回归分析发现年龄、缺乏运动、糖尿病家族史为MS的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论：这一特定区域居民代谢综合征患病率较一般农村地区高，特别是高血压、高三酰甘油血症患病率偏高，应针对相关危险因素采取预防、控制措施。%Objective:To investigate the diet,living habits,incidence and risk factors of metabolic syndrome ( MS) of the peasants in Yantai Development Zone. Methods:693 peasants’ diet、living habits、health indicators were analysed, the prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome and risk factors were calculated. Results:The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome was 19. 21%, the preva-lence rate of hypertension was 30. 48%、hyperglycemia was 14. 80% and Hypertriglyceridemia was 28. 35%. Multivariate logistic re-gression analysis were done to find that age, lack of exercise, family history of diabetes were risk factors of metabolic syndrome. Con-clusion:The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome were high in this area,and prevention and control measures should be taken ac-cording to the risk factors.
