基于数据挖掘技术对王育群教授治疗慢性乙型肝炎组方用药经验研究

摘要

Objective:To study Prescription regularity on Professor Wang Yuqun treating chronic hepatitis B based on data mining technology Methods:Clinical data of patients with chronic hepatitis B from 2011 to 2015 were collected,then,the data were diged from Symptoms,syndromes,pathogenesis,prescription drugs and other aspects.Results:The majority type in 120 cases were liver gallbladder dampness heat syndrome (34.17 ％) and liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome (26.67 ％).High frequency (frequency ＞ 200) of traditional Chinese medicine include as follow:rhizoma corydalis,radix curcumae,loranthaceae,bupleurum,radix salviae,miltiorrhizae,polygonatum,yam,fructus psoraleae,sophora flavescens,sedum sarmentosum,chicken bone grass,etc.Commonly used drugs for:sarmentosum and chicken bone grass;sarmentosum and sophora;sarmentosum and snake tongue grass;rhizoma corydalis and turmeric;sophora and snake tongue grass,alisma and giant knotweed;dodder and coruus:dodder and antler,etc.Conclusion:The patients with chronic hepatitis B were often liver gallbladder dampness heat syndrome and liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome in five syndrome.%目的:通过病例回顾分析的方法,对王育群教授治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者中药复方治疗有效病例的处方用药进行分析,初步探讨王育群教授中药治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床用药规律.方法:收集王育群教授2011年至2015年门诊诊治的慢性乙型肝炎患者的病例资料,对筛选出的120例病例进行分析,并对所采集的数据运用关联规则对中医方剂的核心药对进行挖掘,对挖掘结果从症状、证型、病机、处方用药等多方面进行分析、归纳、提炼、总结.结果:慢性乙型肝炎证型分布以肝胆湿热证(34.17％)及肝郁脾虚证(26.67％)居多.其中用药频率高(频次＞ 200)的中药包括:玄胡、郁金、桑寄生、柴胡、丹参、黄精、山药、补骨脂、苦参、垂盆草、鸡骨草、白花蛇舌草等.常用药对包括:垂盆草与鸡骨草;垂盆草与苦参;垂盆草与白花蛇舌草;玄胡与郁金;白花蛇舌草与苦参;泽泻与虎杖;菟丝子与山萸肉等.结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者的中医证型以肝胆湿热证、肝郁脾虚证居多;王育群教授治疗慢性乙型肝炎以辨证论治为本,四诊合参,辨证辨病相结合,标本兼治.
