血栓通注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察血栓通注射液治疗 缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法：将82例缺血性脑血管病患者随机分为治疗组(40例)，用血栓通注射 液500 mg加入5％葡萄糖250 ml中静滴，每日1次；对照组(42例)用复方丹参注射液20 ml加 入5％葡萄糖250 ml中静滴，每日1次；2组均以20日为1个疗程。治疗期间辅以抗生素、降 颅压、降血压等治疗，均不使用其它扩血管药、抗凝药和溶栓药等治疗。结果：治疗组平均显效时间6日，总有效率92.5％，均 明显高于对照组（分别为10日和76.2％，P均<0.05）。2组患者血小板聚 集、纤维蛋白原、全血粘度、血浆粘度均比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01) ,治疗组对上述指标的改善优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论：血栓通注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效显著，使用方便，无明显不良反应。%Objective:To explore the efficacy of Xueshuan tong injection(血栓通注射液) on treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD ).Methods:Eightytwo cases with ICVD were randomly divide d into treatment group(n=40) which was treated with Xueshuantong injection 5 00 mg+5% glucose 250 ml infused intravenously once a day and control group(n = 42),which was treated with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection 20 ml+5% gluc ose 250 ml infused intravenously once a day.Twenty days were as one therapeutic course in both groups.In addition,any other vasodilator,anticoagulat or,and th rombolytic drugs were not used but antibiotics,decreasing cranial pr essure and hypotensive drugs were given.Results:The mean time of obv ious improvement was 6 days,and total effecti ve rate was 92.5% in treatment group,they were significantly higher than those in control group(10 days and 76.2% respectively,both P<0.05).On t he other hand,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,haematocrit and fibrinogen conten t were decreased after therapy in treatment group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions:Xueshuantong injection possesses many merits in treating ICVD,including markedly curative effects,easy to use,no obviously poisoning and side effects.
