益气补血、活血解毒法治疗大动脉炎血管内皮损伤的免疫研究

摘要

目的 观察益气补血、活血解毒法对大动脉炎血管内皮损伤的影响.方法 将40例活动期大动脉炎患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组(复脉饮+常规西药)和对照组(常规西药),治疗24周后观察临床疗效,并检测治疗前和治疗后第4、24周血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮素-1(ET-1),血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)、循环内皮细胞(CECs)水平和数量变化.结果 中西医结合治疗组疗效优于对照组,治疗组治疗4周、24周后VEGF、ET-1、AngⅡ下降优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗4周后CECs下降优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗可提高大动脉炎的疗效,改善血管内皮损伤.%Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Buxue and Huoxue Jiedu method on vascular endothelial injury in patients with Takayasu's arteritis.Methods Forty patients with active Takayasu's arteritis were divided into combined treatment group (treated with traditional Chinese medicine Fumaiyin and western medicine) and control group (treated with western medicine).Before treatment and after 4, 24 week's treatment, clinical effect was observed and the levels and quantity of VEGF, ET-1, AngⅡ and CECs were detected and compared.Results The combined treatment group showed a better clinical effect than control group.The serum VEGF, ET-1, Ang Ⅱ levels of treatment group were significantly decreased compared with control group after 4, 24 week's treatment (P＜0.05).The quantity of CECs of combined treatment group was significantly decreased compared with control group after 4 week's treatment (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can improve clinical effect and vascular endothelial injury ofTakayasu's arteritis patients.
