外泌体源性微RNA在肝细胞癌发生发展及诊断中的作用

摘要

Exosomes are nano partical-like multivesicular bodies which contains multiple different molecules,including proteins,lipids,DNA,RNA (mRNA and miRNA),etc.Exosomes are located in various fluids of the body.Exosome-miRNA plays an important role in mediating cell-cell interplay,cell differentiation and migration,blood coagulation and immune regulations.Exosome-miRNA is helpful for earlier diagnosis of HCC and yields potential application to be a new biomarker and target for HCC diagnosis and therapy.In this paper,we reviewed the role of exosome and exosome-miRNA in the development and diagnosis of HCC.%外泌体是一种纳米级别的囊性小泡,内含蛋白质、脂质、DNA、RNA(mRNA和miRNA)等多种不同分子,存在于多种体液中.外泌体源性miRNA在机体免疫调节、凝血机制、细胞迁移、细胞分化、介导细胞间交流等方面有重要作用,有望成为肝细胞癌(HCC)诊断的新指标和靶向治疗的新途径.本文就外泌体以及外泌体miRNA的生物学特性及其在HCC发生发展及诊断中的作用作一综述.
