蛋白磷酸酶2A癌性抑制因子在正常卵巢组织及卵巢恶性肿瘤中的表达

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression of CIP2A (cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A) in normal ovarian tissue and ovarian cancer. Methods The expressions of CIP2A mRNA in 100 cases of ovarian cancer and 50 cases of normal ovarian tissues were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) using SYBR Green Ⅰ. Results The expression of CIP2A mRNA in ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in normal tissues, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion High expression of CIP2A may be involved in the development of ovarian cancer, and CIP2A may be a new marker for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.%目的 检测蛋白磷酸酶2A癌性抑制因子(cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A,CIP2A)在正常卵巢组织及卵巢恶性肿瘤中的表达,探讨CIP2A与卵巢癌的相关性.方法 通过SYBR GreenⅠ实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应法定量检测100例卵巢癌、50例正常卵巢组织中CIP2A mRNA的表达情况.结果 CIP2A mRNA在卵巢癌中的表达显著高于正常组织,差异有统计学意义.结论 CIP2A高表达可能参与了卵巢癌的发生发展过程,CIP2A可能成为卵巢癌诊断的新指标.
