他汀类药物抑制腹主动脉瘤扩张速率的Meta分析

摘要

Objective To review the inhibitory effect of statins therapy on the expansion rate of abdominal aneurysm. Methods The full-text documents ( published in China and other countries from beginning time of database to now) about the clinical control research on statins therapy and expansion rate of abdominal aneurysm from PubMed,CNKI,Cochrane Central Database (CEBM/CCD) and Cochrane Library. After strict screening the final enclosed documents were given Meta analysis by using RevMan 5.0 and the incorporated effect indicators were calculated. Results There were totally 6 cohorts enclosed, 1143 patients, in the study. The results of Meta analysis showed that the different value of expansion rate between the treatment group and control group was -1.47 mm/year (95 ％ CI:-2.51,-0.44; P ＜0. 01 ). Conclusion The statins therapy can decrease significantly the expansion rate of abdominal aneurysm, which may be a new method for inhibiting the expansion of abdominal aneurysm.%目的 评价他汀类药物对腹主动脉瘤扩张速率的抑制作用.方法 在PubMed、CNKI、Cochrane 中心数据库(CEBM/CCD)、Cochrane 图书馆等电子数据库全面检索国内外公开发表的关于他汀类药物与腹主动脉瘤扩张速率的临床对照研究的全文文献(检索年限均为建库至今).经严格筛选后,最后纳入的文献用RevMan 5.0进行meta分析,计算合并效应指标.结果 共纳入6个队列研究,共1413例患者.Meta分析结果显示,他汀类药物治疗组和对照组的扩张速率差值为-1.47 mm/年(95% CI :-2.51～ -0.44;P＜0.01).结论 他汀类药物能够显著降低腹主动脉瘤的扩张速率,可能是一种抑制腹主动脉瘤扩张的新方法.
