延续性中医护理干预对心脏永久起搏器置入术患者负性情绪的影响

摘要

目的 观察延续性中医护理干预对心脏永久起搏器置入术患者负性情绪的影响.方法 选择2012年3月~2015年6月于陕西中医药大学附属医院接受心脏永久起搏器置入术患者80例,其中男性42例,女性38例.根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例患者.其中对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予延续性中医护理干预.观察干预前后两组患者负性情绪、焦虑抑郁得分的差异,比较两组患者干预前后生活质量的差异.结果 干预后,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁总分、紧张-焦虑等维度均较干预前降低,而精力-活力得分较干预前增高,且观察组上述指标的变化更明显,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组患者SAS和SDS得分干预后较干预前降低,且观察组干预后较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).干预后,两组患者生活质量均较干预前增高,且观察组增高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 延续性中医护理干预可明显改善永久起搏器置入患者负性情绪,提高其生活质量.%Objective To observe the influence of continuous nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on negative mood in patients with permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods The patients (n=80, male 42 and female 38) were chosen from the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from Mar. 2012 to Jun. 2015, and then divided randomly into control group and observation group (eachn=40). The control group was given routine nursing after the operation, and observation group was additionally given continuous TCM nursing intervention. The difference in scores of negative mood and anxiety-depression was observed, and difference in quality of life (QOL) was compared between 2 groups before and after the nursing intervention.Results The total score of anxiety-depression and dimension of tension-anxiety decreased, and scores of energy-vitality increased in 2 groups after the nursing intervention, and the changes of above indexes were more significant in observation group (allP<0.05). The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depressive scale (SDS) decreased in 2 group after the nursing intervention, and were lower in observation group than those in control group (allP<0.05). After the nursing intervention, QOL increased in 2 groups, which was more significant in observation group (allP<0.05).Conclusion The continuous TCM nursing intervention can significantly improve negative mood and raise QOL in patients with permanent pacemaker implantation.
