Objective To observe the long-term curative effect and safety of domestic BuMA stent in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods AMI patients (n=89) undergone emergency PCI were chosen from Chinese PLA 252 Hospital from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2015, and then divided, according to their age, into elderly group (age≥60) and non-elderly group (age<60). The clinical features, in-stent thrombosis and incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) after PCI were retrospectively analyzed in 2 groups. Results There were no statistical difference in clinical materials including hypertension and diabetes between elderly group and non-elderly group, but percentage of female patients was significantly higher in elderly group than that in non-elderly group (25.5% vs. 5.3%, P=0.01). The results of follow-up showed that MACE incidence was 13.0% in elderly group and 8.6% in non-elderly group, all-cause mortality was 10.9% in elderly group and 8.6% in non-elderly group, and target lesion revascularization rate (TLR) or non-TLR was 20% in elderly group and 14.3% in non-elderly group. The comparison between 2 groups had no statistical significance. Conclusion The domestic BuMA stent has higher long-term curative effect and safety during emergency PCI in elderly and non-elderly patients with AMI.%目的 观察国产BuMA支架在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)后的长期疗效和安全性.方法 收集2015年1月~2015年12月于解放军第252医院行急诊PCI的急性心肌梗死患者89例,根据发病年龄将患者分为老年组(≥60岁)和非老年组(<60岁),回顾性分析两组患者的临床特点、PCI后支架血栓以及主要心脏不良事件的发生率等.结果 老年组与非老年组在高血压、糖尿病等临床资料方面无统计学差异,但老年组女性患者的比例远高于非老年组(25.5% vs. 5.3%,P=0.01).随访结果显示,老年组和非老年组患者主要不良事件率分别为13.0%、8.6%,全因死亡率为10.9%、8.6%,靶病变血运重建率(TLR)和非靶血管血运重建率为20%、14.3%,两者比较均无统计学意义.结论 国产BuMA支架在急诊PCI治疗老年和非老年AMI患者应用中均具有较好的长期疗效和安全性.
