大气污染与抑郁症的研究进展

摘要

It is reported that depression has caused heavy disease burden across the world,with an possible association between ambient air pollution and depressive symptoms.In this paper,we reviewed relative literature in this field and summarized the research events on association between ambient air pollution and depression,both in China and abroad and found that the results of the existed studies were inconsistent,with most studies showing that there existed a positive correlation between the exposure of air pollution and depression,but few studies showing the negative correlation or no correlation between the two.%抑郁症在全球范围内造成了严重的疾病负担,已有研究发现大气污染物暴露和抑郁症状之间存在一定的联系.本文系统综述国内外已发表大气污染物与抑郁症关系的流行病学研究资料,发现大气颗粒物以及气态污染物暴露对抑郁症影响的研究结果均存在较大的不一致性,多数研究显示二者之间存在正相关,但也有研究显示负相关或没有关联.
