太阳能沥青加热中太阳追光器的研究与设计

             

摘要

传统的沥青加热存在化油质量差、污染、耗能、成本高等诸多问题,采用太阳能光热转换高温加热沥青不失为很好的解决方法。为此,设计了高精度的太阳追光器,基于PSD位置传感器,以单片机C8051F021为控制核心,采用“光电”跟踪和“日历”跟踪相结合的策略。试验表明:该系统能够实现全天候的不低于0.2°的跟踪精度,且稳定性高,为达到沥青的高温工艺温度提供了必要条件。%Traditional asphalt heating is poor in quality of oiling,pollution,energy consumption and high cost prob⁃lems,it is a good way to solve with adopting the solar-thermal conversion heating asphalt. For this purpose,a high pre⁃cision solar spotlight is developed. The single-chip C8051F021 is used to process the output signals of the PSD posi⁃tion sensor and control the motor to the solar tracking,the automatic track can be achieved by combining optical track⁃ing way calendar-reckoning method. Experiments show that tracking accuracy is not lower than 0.2° with all-weather, good stability,and it provides the necessary condition to reach the high temperature process of asphalt temperature.
