本文介绍了动机增强治疗在酒精使用障碍中应用情况，对动机增强治疗理论基础、原则及技术要点进行了系统介绍，并举例说明其实施步骤，还对针对不同酒精使用障碍者的康复提出了不同的治疗策略，希望对读者掌握动机强化治疗有所帮助。%This article introduced the implementation of motivational enhancement therapy(MET)for alcohol use disorders. The theoretical basis,principles and technical skills was explained. An example on how the MET was used step by step when work with pa-tients with alcohol use disorder. Strategies used in difference stage of changes were introduced. We hope this article will be helpful for clinical use.
