罗通定治疗海洛因依赖者稽延性戒断症状的临床疗效观察

摘要

ObjEctivE:Observe the Clinical curative effect of Rotundine for protracted withdrawal syndrome. MEthods:We ran-domly separated 60 compulsory isolation detoxification addicts into two groups:Rotundine group and control group,30 patients in each. After the treatment,observe the clinical curative effect in the first day and the thirtieth day after drug withdrawal,evaluate the effect with score of . REsuIts:The Rotundine group has better clinical curative effect for protracted withdrawal syndrome compare to the control group with statistical significance(P<0. 01). ConcIusion:Rotundine has sig-nificant clinical curative effect for protracted withdrawal syndrome. Rotundine is not only safe but also convenient which is suitable for the treatment for protracted withdrawal syndrome of compulsory isolation detoxification addicts.%目的：观察罗通定治疗海洛因依赖稽延性戒断症状的临床疗效。方法：将60例海洛因依赖强制隔离戒毒人员随机分2组，罗通定组和对照组，每组30例。完成一疗程治疗后观察停药第1天、停药第30天的临床疗效，采用《稽延性戒断症状评定量表》评分对疗效进行评价。结果：罗通定组对稽延性戒断症状的治疗效果与对照组比较存在显著差异（ P<0.01）。结论：罗通定对治疗海洛因依赖者的稽延性戒断症状有显著疗效，并且安全、简便，适合强制隔离戒毒场所人员稽延性戒断症状的治疗。
