自制简易呼吸器按压装置和手动吸痰装置救治气管插管呼吸衰竭患者1例

摘要

因受台风“威马逊”影响，海南省人民医院供电设备受损，长时间停电导致呼吸机、心电监护等相关仪器不能工作。因此，总结该医院自制简易呼吸器按压装置和手动吸痰装置成功救治1例气管插管呼吸衰竭患者案例，期望为以后相似情况提供一定的借鉴。%Because of the effect of typhoon Ramasun, power supply units of Hainan Provincial People’ s Hospital were dam-aged, breathing machine, electrocardiogram and other related equipment could not work for prolonged power outage.Therefore, simple respirator pressing and manual suction devices were made by that hospital to treat a tracheal intubated patient with respiratory failure successfully, hoping to provide a reference for future similar situations.
