软骨组织工程种子细胞源的研究进展

摘要

关节软骨缺损的发病率较高，患者生活质量受到严重影响，传统治疗方式疗效不理想。组织工程技术在临床应用方面进行了初步尝试，为临床软骨缺损修复提供了新的思路与途径。现就组织工程种子细胞的研究进展进行综述。%The morbidity of articular cartilage defects is high. Consequently, life qualities of patients with articular cartilage defects are severely affected; effects of traditional treatment are not good. Tissue engineering techniques has been applied to preliminary clinical practice which showed a promising approach for reparation of cartilage defect. This review focuses on the research development regarding seed cells of cartilage tissue engineering.
