目的:探讨CyclinD1、Ki-67蛋白在茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)抑制人肝癌细胞HepG2细胞增殖过程中的表达变化.方法:免疫细胞化学检测HepG2细胞CyclinD1、Ki-67蛋白的表达.结果:MeJA作用HepG2细胞48h后,CyclinD1、Ki-67蛋白表达水平明显下降(P<0.01).结论:MeJA通过下调CyclinD1、Ki-67蛋白表达,使细胞周期相关蛋白的表达发生改变,减少处于增殖期的细胞数目,从而发挥抗肝癌作用.%Objective:Study the protein expression of cyclinD1 and Ki-67 in HepG2 cells proliferation inhibiting induced by methyl jasmonate (MeJA).Methods:Detect protein expression of cyclinD1 and Ki-67 in HepG2 cells by immunocytochemistry.Results:with the effect of MeJA on HepG2 cells for 48h:the protein expression of cyclinD1 and Ki-67 has significantly declined (P<0.01).Conclusions:MeJA declines the protein expression of cyclinD1 and Ki-67,change the expression of cell cycle-related protein,causing cells of proliferation cycle decline,which play a role against liver cancer.
