充填法治疗磨耗引起的牙齿敏感症

摘要

目的：比较确切有效的治疗由磨耗 引起的牙齿敏感症的方法。方法：采用调整咬合关系，患牙制洞后 以不同补料充填的办法进行。结果：银汞合金充填法的成功率为93. 15%，光敏固化树脂充填法的成功率为76.32%。结论：充填法治疗磨 耗引起的牙齿敏感症疗效肯定。充填料以银汞合金为好。%AIM： To compare the definite effective m ethods to handle tooth hypersensitivity caused by attrition. METHODS： By means of occlusal adjustment and filling deferent type of materials in to prepared cavity. RESULTS：The successful rate of silve r amalgam filling is 93.15%, and the lightcured resins is 7 6.32%. CONCLUSION: Treatment of tooth hypersensitivity cause d by attrition with plombage is effective. The best filling material is silver amalgam.
