目的:探讨生物交联剂京尼平预处理对脱矿牙本质机械性能的影响。方法:制备人新鲜离体牙本质片和牙本质粉,经100 g/L磷酸液脱矿5 h后,分别用含0.05、0.1、0.15 mg/mL京尼平的蒸馏水、乙醇、丙酮液进行预处理;然后采用茚三酮比色法检测牙本质粉中的胶原交联度;用万能测试机检测牙本质片试件的极限拉伸强度。结果:3种溶剂配制的京尼平预处理剂均能浓度依赖性地增加牙本质胶原的交联度(P<0.05);相同浓度条件下不同京尼平溶剂组的交联度相比,以乙醇溶剂组最高,丙酮溶剂组次之,水溶剂组最低(P<0.05);同时还能浓度依赖性地提高脱矿牙本质的极限拉伸强度(P<0.05),但相同京尼平浓度各溶剂组的牙本质极限拉伸强度相比,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:京尼平能够浓度依赖性地提高牙本质胶原的交联度及其极限拉伸强度,以乙醇作为溶剂时效果更佳。%AIM:To explore the roles of natural cross-linking agents-geniposide on the physiochemical properties of demineralized dentin.METHODS:Fresh dentin specimens from extracted human third molars were pre-pared and powdered in liquid nitrogen.After demineralized for 5 hours in 100 g/mL phosphoric acid,the samples were preconditioned by geniposide-based preconditioners at 0.05 mg/mL,0.1 mg/mL and 0.15 mg/mL solved in distilled water,ethanol and acetone respectively.The tensile strength of the specimens was examined using omnipatent material machine and the cross-linking degree of the dentin powders were evaluated by triketohydrindene hydrate stain method. RESULTS:Geniposide-based preconditioners increased the cross-linking degrees of dentin collagens concentration-dependently(P<0.05).Demineralized dentin pretreated by organic geniposide solution showed higher cross-linking a-bility than by inorganic solutions at the same concentration (ethanol group >acetone group >distilled water group, P<0.05).Geniposide-based preconditioners with three solvents promoted the ultimate tensile strength of demineral-ized dentin concentration-dependently (P<0.05 ),there was no significant difference among 3 solvent groups (P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Geniposide can concentration-dependently promote the cross-linking ability and ulti-mate tensile strength of the demineralized dentin,the effects of geniposide with ethanol solvent is the strongest.
