牙龈卟啉单胞菌基因疫苗的研究进展

摘要

Periodontitis is the disease of bacterial infection in periodontium and it is the most leading reason for adult tooth loss.The research on effective and reliable vaccine to the prevention and treatment of periodontitis has become a hot spot.Porphyromonas gingivalis(P.g)is closely related to the development of periodontitis.In this re-view,the research progress of P.g periodontitis related gene vaccine in recent years is introdued.%牙周炎是发生在牙周支持组织的细菌感染性疾病，亦是导致成人牙齿脱落的主要原因，菌斑微生物是引发牙周炎的始动因子，因此，研究有效和可靠的疫苗来防治牙周炎逐渐成为各国学者研究的热点。牙龈卟啉单胞菌与牙周炎的发生发展密切相关，本文就近年来牙周炎基因疫苗的研究现状作一综述。
