上海市杨浦区高血压的患病率、知晓率及治疗和控制状况

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the rate of prevalence ,awareness ,treatment ,and control of hypertension in a community population in Yangpu District ,Shanghai ,to improve the strategy of prevention and treatment .Methods :In this study ,5523 people were randomly sampled and analyzed from five service points in yangpu District ,shanghai ,through questionnaire survey and blood pressure measurement .Results:(1) The prevalence of hypertension in Yangpu was 41 .6% ( 43 .2% in males and 40 .4% in females) .(2) The rate of awareness ,treatment ,and the control of hypertension were 84 .4% ,64 .1% and 44 .1% , respectively .In addition ,with the increase of age ,the prevalence rate of hypertension increased significantly ,and the control rate decreased . The risk factors of hypertension included obesity , age , smoking , and family history of hypertension . Conclusions :There is a high prevalence of hypertension in Yangpu district ,Shanghai .Although hypertension awareness rate , treatment rate and control rate greatly increased than before , efforts are still needed to strengthen the community comprehensive prevention and control of hypertension .%目的：分析上海市杨浦区不同年龄、不同性别高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率及控制率的现状，以完善高血压的防治对策。方法：采用问卷调查和血压测量的方法，随机抽取杨浦6个社区年龄大于18岁的人群5523人（其中男性2338人，女性3185人）并进行分析。结果：（1）高血压患病率41．61％（其中男性43．20％，女性40．40％）；（2）高血压知晓率为84．4％、治疗率为64．10％，控制率为44．1％，随着年龄的增加，高血压患病率明显增加，控制率降低；（3）本研究的高血压相关危险因素主要是肥胖、年龄、吸烟及高血压家族史等。结论：上海市杨浦区被调查人群的高血压患病率较高，虽然高血压的知晓率、治疗率及控制率在提高，但是仍不如意，应继续加强高血压的社区综合防治教育。
