美式脊椎矫正枪在肩袖修补术后患者康复治疗中的应用

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of chiropractic gun in the rehabilitation treatment for the patients with rotate cuff repair after the operation.Methods 50 patients with rotate cuff repair in Beijing Hos-pital were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the treatment group.Both groups re-ceived same systematic rehabilitation protocol after the operation.The patients in the treatment group also received chiropractic gun treatment for 1 week after the operation.Changes in visual analogue scale(VAS)and University of California at Los Angeles shoulder scoring system scores were assessed at the 1 week,6 weeks and 12 weeks after the operation.Results There were no significant differences between the two group in VAS and UCLASS scores at 1 week after the operation(P>0.05).The scores of VAS and UCLASS of the two groups at 6 weeks after the operation were much better than that at 1 week(P<0.05).The scores of VAS and UCLASS of the two group at 12 weeks after the operation were better than the scores at 6 week(P<0.05).Compared with the scores of VAS and UCLASS of the control group at 6 weeks after operation,the scores of the treatment group were better(P<0.05).The scores of treat-ment group at 12 weeks after the operation was much better than the score of the control group in UCLASS (P<0.05),but no significant difference was found in VAS(P>0.05).Conclusions The chiropractic gun is effective in the rehabilitation treatment for the patients with rotate cuff repair after the operation,which maybe involved in the pain relief and improvements in shoulder joint function.%目的：观察应用美式脊椎矫正枪（整脊枪）治疗肩袖修补术后患者，对缓解疼痛改善肩关节功能的临床疗效。方法50例全关节镜肩袖修补术后患者，依据入选顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例。治疗组采用肩袖修补术后常规康复流程联合整脊枪治疗，对照组仅接受常规肩袖修补术后康复流程治疗，两组患者均在术后1周，术后第6周和术后12周采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）和加州大学肩关节评分系统UCLASS评分（UCLASS）进行功能评价。结果两组患者在术后1周时VAS和UCLASS评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），术后6周VAS和UCLASS评分优于术后1周（P＜0．05），术后12周VAS和UCLASS评分优于术后6周（P＜0．05）；治疗组在术后6周时 VAS 和 UCLASS 评分均优于对照组（P＜0．05），术后12周治疗组UCLASS评分明显好于对照组（P＜0．05），两组患者VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论应用整脊枪联合常规康复治疗对于肩袖修补术后患者缓解疼痛、改善肩关节功能作用更为显著。
