DETERMINATION OF PARAMETERS IN A TWO-DIMENSIONAL MODEL FOR FIXED-BED ADSORBERS

摘要

A new method is proposed for the determination of the parameters in a two-dimensionalmodel which characterizes the properties of axial and radial mixing and mass transport in afixed-bed adsorber.Parameter estimation for the model is carried out with methane-air-5A molecularsieve in a bed under the condition of step injection of tracer from a point on the main axis of thebed by the curve fitting method in the time domain.
