雌激素对去卵巢大鼠血清一氧化氮和内皮素水平的影响

             

摘要

目的:观察雌激素替代治疗对去卵巢大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的影响。方法:建立大鼠去卵巢和雌激素替代治疗动物模型,30只鼠均分为3组:Ⅰ组:去卵巢组;Ⅱ组:去卵巢+雌激素治疗组;Ⅲ组:假手术组(对照组)。正常饮食饲养2个月后处死大鼠,测血清NO、内皮素的含量。 结果:同对照组相比,去卵巢大鼠血清中NO的含量显著降低,ET-1的含量显著升高,在补充适量的雌激素后NO含量显著升高,ET-1含量显著降低(P均<0.05)。结论:雌激素对血管内皮NO和ET-l合成的调控,可能是其对抗动脉粥样硬化作用的机制。%Objective:To investigate the effect of estrogen replacement therapy on the serum nitric oxide(NO) and endothelinl-1(ET-1) level of ovarie ctomized rat.Methods: Thirty female rats were randomly divided into three groups: group A,rats were ovariectomized; group B,rats were ovariectomized with estrogen replacement therapy; group C,rats were sham-ovariectomized.The rats were killed after 2 months. The serum NO and ET-1 levels were determined.Results:In group A, the serum NO level was lower and the serum ET-1 level was higher than those in group C(P<0.0 5). In group B, the serum NO level was higher and the serum ET-1 le vel was lower than those in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion:Estrogen may modulate the production of NO and ET-1 in vascular,which may contribute to explaining the beneficial effect of estrogen in prevention of atherosclerosis.
