Lumbar spondylolisthesis is mainly divided into two categories degenerative and spondylitic spondylolisthesis. In recent years, many spine surgeons and researchers come to realize that pelvic balanced parameters play an important role in the occurrence, development and treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. By comparing the parameters of the sagittal plane of the pelvis between the normal population and the patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis, the variation rules and characteristics of the parameters were found. At the same time, with the development of slippage, the spine, lumbosacral and pelvis show different anatomical morphological changes. According to these changes, different types of the classification of lumbar spondylolisthesis were established. Deep understanding of sagittal parameters variations, it is significantly important for patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis on preoperative and postoperative evaluation, long-term follow-up. It also has great significance to the diagnosis, selection of surgical methods and prognosis of other spinal degenerative diseases.
