恩度联合顺铂胸腔内注射治疗非小细胞肺癌恶性胸腔积液的疗效分析

Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of Endu combined with intrapleural injection of cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods80 patients with malignant pleural effusion were selected from January 2014 to December 2015.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=40).The control group was given Endu(40mg/time, 1 time/week) combined with cisplatin (40mg/time, 1 time/week) intraperitoneal injection treatment, the treatment group was given Endu intraperitoneal injection therapy, After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.ResultsThe clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (50.00%).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.00% higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant.The improvement rate of life quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (52.50%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of Endu combined with intrapleural injection of cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of non-small cell lung cancer is superior to that of simple analgesia, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life.It is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.%目的 总结探讨恩度联合顺铂胸腔内注射治疗非小细胞肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效.方法 选择2014年1月~2015年12月期间在嘉兴市第二医院接受治疗的80例非小细胞肺癌恶性胸腔积液患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,其中对照组给予恩度(40mg/次,1次/周)胸腔内注射治疗,观察组给予恩度(40mg/次,1次/周)联合顺铂(40mg/次,1次/周)胸腔内注射治疗,治疗4周后观察2组的临床疗效和不良反应情况.结果 观察组临床疗效有效率72.50%,明显高于对照组的50.00%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率15.00%高于对照组5.00%,但组间差异无统计学意义;观察组生活质量改善率75.00%明显高于对照组52.50%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 恩度联合顺铂胸腔内注射治疗非小细胞肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效明显优于单独恩度治疗,能显著改善临床症状和生活质量,值得临床上推广使用.
