辛伐他汀强化降脂治疗对急性心肌梗死患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、MMP-9、MMP-2的影响

摘要

目的 探讨辛伐他汀强化降脂对急性心肌梗死患者血清MMP-9 及炎症因子水平的影响.方法 选取2012年5月～2016年10月浙江省安吉县人民医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者76 例,根据随机数字表法随机分为2 组,各38 例.对照组给予临床常规降脂(辛伐他汀20 mg/天)治疗;实验组给予临床强化降脂(辛伐他汀80 mg/天)治疗,2 组均治疗2 w.观察2 组患者治疗前后血清MMP-9 及炎症因子水平的变化,探索强化降脂治疗对急性心肌梗死患者的有效性及安全性.结果 治疗后,实验组患者血清MMP-9、MMP-2 水平低于对照组;血清hs-CRP、TNF-α及IL-6 浓度水平明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<.0.05).实验组患者不良反应轻微,经停药后恢复正常.结论 辛伐他汀强化降脂治疗能够显著降低急性心肌梗死患者血清MMP-9及炎症因子水平,且安全性较高.%Objective To investigate the effects of serum MMP-9,MMP-2 and inflammatory factor levels by intensive lipid-lowering therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 76 cases with acute myocardial infarction from May 2012 to October 2016 in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into control group and experiment group with 38 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by clinical routine lipid-lowering(simvastatin 20mg/day); patients in the experiment group were treated by clinical intensive lipid-lowering(simvastatin 80mg/day),treated for two weeks.Observed the serum MMP-9,MMP-2 and inflammatory factor levels changed of the two groups before and after treatment,explored the validity and security of intensive lipid-lowering therapy in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experiment group was better than control group,performanced as: the serum MMP-9 and MMP-2 levels of the experiment group were more lower than the control group; the serum hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 levels significant lower than the control group,the above results had statistical significance(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the experiment group were slight,back to normal after stopped drugs.Conclusion Intensive lipid-lowering therapy in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction can significantly reduce serum MMP-9 MMP-2 and inflammatory factor levels,and high safety.
